My Sicredi Experience
Here's what I've accomplished and learn
at the biggest Credit Union from Brazil.
I work designing digital products as User Experience Designer with Sicredi - the biggest credit union in Brazil. An important IBM client, with +4 million registred users, and 1.2 million users on the Mobile App. I designed the updated version of the app. All of it. Working closely with agile teams with our customers accessing our services 24/7. In production. That's the design I believe in, the things being used and enjoyed. Guaranteeing financial growth and creating opportunities.
I also acted in different projects for the company designing other digital products. Workshops. Brainstorm cycles.
Value Generated:
the client [sicredi] → Had their App with +1 million active users and transactioning +5 million dollars a month completly revamped and adequated to modern practices of Design and UX approaches to gain effiency.
it's still to this day a 5 star app in the app stores, using the information architecture and style guide I've created by myself
